New YOU---

It's interesting how the mind works.

Every great thing was conceived in the mind before it became reality. Every tall skyscraper was an idea in an engineer's mind before it became a huge towering structure. Every bridge was a thought before it brought people safely over huge bodies of water. Every powerful ship was built first in some one's imagination.

So it is with our magnificent bodies. To achieve it, we must conceive it.

When embarking on a new program, it's easy for the old habits to try to pull you back to where you started. That's normal. They key is to stay focused on why you started.

So, in the spirit of keeping motivation high for new healthy changes, here's the reality:

So why the discomfort? Well, think about what your body is accomplishing and how hard at work it is. This is what is happening is as little as THREE MONTHS:

Men and Women have the Same Regeneration Schedule
Schedule - Published by Medical Doctors and Researchers

120 Days - NEW Red Blood Cells
90 Days - NEW Skeleton
60 Days - NEW Bladder - NEW Brain Cells, Tissue
45 Days - NEW Liver - NEW DNA Cell Material
30 Days - NEW Hair - NEW Skin
5 Days - NEW Stomach Lining

Whew! That's quite a task the body has to do....and with the right building materials, imagine the skyscraper or Rolls Royce that it can build!

That's why in the next 4 days starting tomorrow, I am going to do a green juice/coconut water feast....to rest and rejuvenate and rebuilt and replenish. My juices will be made of celery, romaine, kale and collards...and I will drink about 2-4 coconuts a day....

So tomorrow when the rest of the country is busy over-consuming foods that no doubt will be foods on the normal list that has been associated with decline of good health, I will show the ultimate THANK YOU for this magnificent body of mine by giving it two things it needs most: REST and SUPERB nutrition.

So, just as I was able to get new healthy toe nails by changing my nutrition, I am visualizing new cells in my body in all areas and feeding myself healthy essential Omega fats, nutrient-dense leafy greens, and providing myself plenty of rest for my body to catch up on some needed repairs.

It's only been two weeks since I've started my low-glycemic raw vegan diet and have already seen outstanding results. I am not about to quit and am excited for the next 10 weeks....Here's to new hair, new skin, a new liver, a new bladder, new skeleton, new blood cells....it's all good!

Here's to some Happy Healing with a Thankful Body. )
