Day 2 of my Green juice and coco-water feast...
So I have to say that juice feasting on green juices and coconut water has been the easiest "fast" that I've ever done.
Juice feasting with fruit/veggies juices was okay, too, but this time is just, well, different. There's no bloat like can happen from fruit juices, but there's no hypo-tension or weakness like there is with plain water fasting.
I get up from bed quickly and there's no light-headedness and I even worked out with weights yesterday so there's no shakiness or feeling of weakness.
I'm getting about 750 cals a day, but I honestly think it's because of all the nutrients I'm getting especially the organic sodium.
I am really enjoying this with the exception of the sour coconuts I got yesterday. I am off to the store today to get more since I have a whole counter full of empty coconuts. :)
I feel very hydrated and very clear mental thinking....
